What is the Federation?
The Intercultural Federation of the Russafa Carnival is an organization formed by cultural associations from the Russafa neighborhood in Valencia. Its main objective is to promote intercultural coexistence and coordinate the organization of the Russafa Carnival, a celebration that brings together communities from different cultural backgrounds.
Through the federation, Latin American, African, European associations, and other communities collaborate to create a cultural meeting space open to all citizens.
